At Prestige Partners Co., we are committed to delivering high-quality creative, design, and event management services. Due to the customised nature of our work, all service bookings and project fees are non-refundable once a contract has been signed or work has commenced.

Service Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with the delivery of your agreed project scope, please contact us within 5 business days of the issue arising. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly and ensure you receive the deliverables outlined in your agreement.

Project Scope & Deliverables

We strive to provide accurate proposals, timelines, and service descriptions to help you make informed decisions before engaging us. If you have any questions regarding the scope of work, deliverables, or timelines, please request clarification prior to confirming your booking.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a project cancellation by the client after work has begun, any completed work up to the date of cancellation will be invoiced in full.
